Everything here was delightful. Every detail was thought of and meticulously executed, and my stay was truly a delight for the senses. The room was bigger and more comfortable than I'd even expected from the pictures, and it was thoughtfully appointed and easy to stay in. (The bed was very comfortable, too, which is impressive given that I'm an American and many European beds feel like sleeping on a cardboard box.) The food was absolutely heavenly. The five-course dinner was an incredible culinary experience and, at only 45 Euro, it was a great price for such a spectacular experience. Each course was better than the last but, more importantly, they were complementary yet unique, making the experience very memorable. The included breakfast had so many options through both the buffet and the made-to-order eggs, and it came with champagne. The staff were friendly, all spoke English, and the atmosphere and decor was "alpine chic," which included a lot of different, natural textures, and elements. And the spa! The three pools (one indoor connected via a tunnel to one outdoor, plus an outdoor infinity pool and hot tub) and the many, many saunas and cold baths and relaxation areas were the stuff of dreams. I left the sauna feeling healthy and relaxed. One relaxation room--where you go after you sauna and have a cold bath--had actual heated waterbeds to lie on to just rest. Then there were all the little pleasant touches, like the beautiful (and sustainable) carafe of water in my room, the cakes in the afternoon, the welcome drink, or the thank-you gift of decadent chocolate I got on checking out. I could go on and on with the splendid details but honestly, I can't do it justice any more than the pictures can. This is a place you have to experience, and to experience it is to have really lived.

The breakfast was amazing. They had an excellent buffet available with products from local farms like meats and cheeses. There was a juice room where you could make your own fresh pressed juice. A huge bread bar with jams, butter, and a slab of honeycomb you can cut right into. Staff served eggs and other basic breakfast dishes to order along with tea and coffee. The breakfast room was bright and airy and the perfect place to start the day. The spa was also amazing. There were so many different spa areas, some nude, some not. It was a very nice balance depending on what type of spa experience you were looking for. They offered us welcome drinks with some finger snacks. Tea and cake hour in the midafternoon. We received a thank you bag with goodies upon our departure. The dinner was really excellent and they also had a delicious and intentional vegetarian menu. One of my favorite things was watching the sunset over the gorgeous snow covered mountains while relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi. It was a truly memorable experience. Oh and dogs are welcome.

the overall ambience is very welcoming. the spa facilities are great and kept spotlessy clean, with plenty of lounge areas. the meals are good, although the bar, in paricularl the cocktail selection, is in my opinion rather ‘limited’ compared with other 5* hotels. staff are attentive, particularly Moni in the Max Restaurant, she is superb, friendly, polite and efficient. The massages and cosmetic proceedures were good.

The hotel has a lovely big indoor and outdoor spa with great facilities perfect for summer (and, from the looks of it, winter); it’s located in a nice spot in Seefeld with great views and sun for most of the day; food with the half board is decent across breakfast, lunch and dinner; the hiking tour with Michael was excellent

Jonas

beautiful decor and very very clean and still “homey”. you feel like you’re “alone” so very private and excellent staff. the new junior suites are absolutely stunning - perfect for a romantic getaway :) the private spa (we booked for 4 hours) was perfect, only thing missing in my view is the possibility to shower.
